PAPAGO Z1 - How to boot into WINCE?

I am GPS noob. I just bought a PAPAGO Z1. Can anyone tell me how to boot into WINCE?

Oops!...Just read some where the steps...

1. Create a empty file named "Papago.ini" (without quotes) in the root folder of a microSD card.
2. Insert the microSD card into the powered-off Papago Z1 hardware.
3. Press the "rest" button at the back of the Papago Z1 hardware.
4. Viola!
