Modified Papago X3/X5 splash screen

Hi, do anyone know how to modified papago PSU file? I want to change the splash screen, I know the file is located here: Navi\Organic\EN\Startup_EN.psu but I have no idea how to change the picture. Hope somebody can help, thx!

yes i know, i got the program, but when i try put in new picture and want overwrite it, den error come out... any guide to modified successful?
