Use Ultraedit software to open the exe file.
Find the 2 address - edit to required com and baud rate

You can edit only when you have an unpack file.
To unpack the file use upx305w.
But the file lock has to be removed first.

Download the softwares Ultraedit and upx305w.
Find them on the web.
Study them properly and learn how to use them.
Very difficult to explain if you do not know them.
