MyWay-WipNav RNEG Maps 2012-2013 all Firmware (Download & Install)

Hiya All. Need a little advise please. Can you help me?
Downloaded the files from 1fchier. All well and good. Unpacked the files onto a 16GB usb. All well and good. No CRC erros or any errors.
USB has all files as described in root and database folder.
Plugged the usb in and started the car - so no sleep mode.
Systems see the usb but says "usb has no media files" and then nothing happens.
I have already pressed and held Eject to restart the system. Media system resets no problem but still no change. Nothing happens
Bascially the system refuses to begin the upgrade process. What have I done wrong? Must I do it from CD only ?
System reports 2010/2011 ed 2 is from CD 6373

Conditions: 508, RT6, 2010/2011 ed 2 files already onboard, Firmware = v2.07 A.3

If i install this cracked version, wil the lauguage be dutch spoken.
Maybe a stupig question i just bought a Peugeot 207 and i want use the new maps.
But if i install this cracked wil the navigation still be dutch?

I put the SD card 16 gb 10 class with new maps 2012/13 downloaded from the links on this forum and put the card into my navi and after a reboot of the system (code 1,2,3) I still have the message of conversion route - more restarts did not give - or is it somehow? after inserting my card origi that previously worked with maps 2011/12 also have this error still converting route
