You could upload them in a different server because with Rapidshare it's necessary to wait 15min per file download.

You take minimum subscription to RS and you're set and you install jDownloader
I consider it ridiculous that someone should additionally upload (with a dual account), invest computer time and subscription fees only to please you because YOU don't have an account with RS or do not (yet) know how to DL from RS

I have an account but it's not extended because I don't want to pay to this fools when you have the same service provided by, for example, megaupload, for free.
If you don't want to upload there is no problem. It would not be the first time that something is uploaded in different servers to please different users that have accounts in the different parts.
