    Cool RNEG Optimized route mode

    Hi,

has anyone figured out what exactly does an Optimized Route optimize?

When you navigate somewhere, you have the chance to choose from:

    . Fast route
    . Short route
    . Optimized route

if it was optimized in time, it would be the fast route; if it was optimized in distance, it would be the short route.

    So what does it optimize?

    . Fuel consumption?
. Route taking in consideration Traffic info?

    Hello MegaShark,

Optimized route means all relevant TMC info (traffic like congestion on the road) will be used to calculate an other (optimized) route.

And while doing so does it take in consideration a fast or a short route?

It will basically take you the fast route taking into account the expected delays
