There is absolutely no way to add anything!

I'm wondering if I can change the voices? I found the file S_ZF1914_v1.DB to contain the languages, so it shouldn't be that hard to hack them.
Are there any existing voice packs out there for the RNEG? Or maybe some other official NavTeq voice pack which could be used instead?

Your nationality is no reason to be so naive as to think that simply adding or modding voice files from any system could be done
There are no voice files in these systems but everything is based on a text to speech principle as opposed to a collection of WAV files in one format or another in the well known TomTom's c.s.

With TTS were words are composed from seperately recorded syllables, you will always have a "funny" accentlike pronunciation of the announcements
