Pioneer Avic f220 and update

I am going to install a Pioneer AVH 3300 BT and the Avic F220 navigator module in my car. I would like to know with is the way to update this model when necessary.

I have searched for any information about f220, but I didn't find it.

trying to locate possible update for this, and specifically UK and Australian maps.. :P (Australian is more important as the unit is already preloaded with UK)
