You have to look in newsgroups or torrent sites for the proper software first.
The software copied to a fat-formatted sd-card wil do the trick.
With the proper software you can come into windows explorer to find "my flash disk" to either backup or edit the content.
Upgrade wince and or firmware is also possible, a guide or readme files are in the download.
I found only a customised dutch version and i assume its origine came from canada, anyway its findable.
