What I've read in the manual from the NAVTEQ site is that you need a special password to install the new software on your device.

You can get the password if you fill in your softwarecardnumber + hardwarenumber... so I don't think it's gonne be easy to "download and run" it

Did someone even bought the card? Can you read it with your PC?

i have now avic f920bt with the new maps for 2012 and the new firmware vers 4 and bluetooth upgrade its the best you can see all the street
