Cayenne PCM Update Problem HELP!

Hi

I have a Porsche Cayenne with PCM 2.1, Bose, & Phone. (DVD Unit Under Seat)
When i bought the car it was running the 2004 Europe Map Code 997.642.235.03
Ive recently bought a 2009 Europe Disk on eBay (Non Original).Code 997.044.902.50
When i first put it in it asked if i wanted to do an update which i accepted.
Now the Map only reads intermittently and i get the Insert Navigation CD error message.
To Make matters worse it now wont read the original 2004 disk either.

Can anyone please help me as im now without any Nav at all.

Just some additional information.
I have now managed to get the original 2004 Map DVD to read but now when i try planning a route i get an error message 'incompatible navigation software'

I would be really thankful if somebody could help me get this sorted. I'd be happy to stick with the old map if i could reverse the update that it took from the 2009 map disk.
