Sygic Fleet or Sygic 833

i have Sygic Fleet v830 and Sygic v833 running on CE6 installed and activeted maps on 830 all it said maps not loaded. australia ta.2011.03 and with v8.33 map aus.ta.2012.03 can someone tell tell which maps for watt software was not running both at same time very nice loking software hope to get it working thanks
