How to Create Group Categories

Hi All,
I want to create custom POI with group categories like Sygic Aura v11.2.1 built in like POI Pharmacy category that part of Emergency Group.
In Emergency Group consist many categories like : Hospital/Polyclinic, First Aid Post, Pharmacy, Emergency Medical Service, ... etc.
I want create POI-1,POI-2 in Category One, and POI-3,POI-4,POI-5 in Category Two, both of them have same groupname MyGroup.
How to make it using Sygic RUPI Converter tool that we can download from Sygic official site ?
Any body could give me tutorial or info about Sygic's POI text file structure to make POI that I asking above, please ?
