Can some guru please let me know how to make this update from 11.2.3?
I already downloaded the, assumingly pre-cracked .apk 11.2.5.
Do I need to uninstall the cracked 11.2.3 first then install 11.2.5?
Do I need to RERUN the Downloader to download all maps AGAIN? That would be very painful

11.2.5 comes with new maps, so yes ,you have to download maps again,
or try to use the map downloader, download maps to pc and then place them on the phone
