Converting TomTom .chk voice files

Hello all,

I have just got Sygic for my HTC and am in the process of tranferring Ozzy's voices into Sygic format.

1> There is a file "vssver.scc" included in the voice .Pak files that google tels me is a Visual SourceSafe file. Does that file need to be included when re-building the .Pak file?

2> Can the content of the .Pak voice file that I create be tested on the 'phone to test it?

just a question as a noob here. what program were you using to rebuild into the .pak for. just recently got android and have bunch of old tomtom voices i would love to bring over. ty for help
