can anyone confirm which (if any) versions of Sygic work on MIPS processors? thanks!
Hope can get some advice from the following
I am currently using Sygic (SMM10) for Android 2.1. I have successfully uploaded and use the Sygic for Malaysia map (only 1 country). No problem, so far so good - have been using it for a couple of weeks.
1. I need to add one more country Singapore - already downloaded the map from this folder. How do I check whether this map is correct version for the SMM10?
2. On the editing mlm file to add another country.
I have read on how to edit the mlm file
[PRODUCT:SMM10 SEA]
name=SMM10 SEA
tts=no
sdk=no
truckAttr=no
premiumPOI=no
exPostals=yes
speedcam=SCDB:World:2012.03
maps=TA:World:2009.11
Name of mlm file = SEA.mlm
I don't see any of the programming line above reading the map [MYS] or [SGP]. Is that correct? This version didn't require to tell the progamme about the maps we are using?
Do I need to write another section to read [MYS] for Malaysia or [SGP] for Singapore
3. This line maps=TA:World:2009.11 - why not maps=TA:SEA:2009.11?
(Now in my Malaysia.mlm, the programming line read maps=TA:mys:2009.11) which I guess read the folder mys for the map. I am puzzle whether the programming will know the 2 countries I have put in the maps folder. Please advise.
4. What if later I need to add another country - say Thailand? How do I change the mlm file to read all the countries?
Hi Airon
Thanks for the advice but I am still not sure what do you mean by no need to change the mlm file.
Currently I am having the Malaysia.mlm. This mean I need to rename it to SEA.mlm, right?
And for the SEA.mlm, I just have to follow this
[PRODUCT:SMM10 SEA]
name=SMM10 SEA
tts=no
sdk=no
truckAttr=no
premiumPOI=no
exPostals=yes
speedcam=SCDB:World:2012.03
maps=TA:World:2009.11
The system will automatically detect my Singapore and Malaysia map?
Can you provide me with more guidance on how to add the additional map...Thanks so much
