    This download has already been updated with version 'FastActivate_15.08.2012_Premium_edition_v1.8.9.0' so the one above is actually now obsolete, as for the 'no Meta needed... sorry to say but you will need a meta file until anyone can come up with a alternative solution for activating the maps.
