Question Go720, update map to 845.6456 but 845.2645 still shows?

I don't understand this, I have done this on about six 720's now with no problems until I did this unit.

    These are my steps:

delete entire contents of North_America_2GB folder on tomtom, unzip from 845.6456 archive into it.
replace ttsystem file with one I got from a very helpful user here on the "old" board.
run the TomTom Keygen Ver 4.1.C 2010 pro tool, and create new dct's
ignore the errors about the truckmap etc. let it finish and restart Go 720 and view new map.

I do all this, the TT starts up fine, no errors etc. but when I check the map version it still shows the old one? On all the other units I did the new one would show up. I checked the meta.txt file and it has the following lines for my map:

    3C F6 27 00 A8 A7 3E 07 CE 8B BA 55 56 88 F7 3E North_America-132.meta ; North_America 845_2645
    1D 30 9C C1 0B C8 A4 66 14 8D 05 5A 8E 26 02 6E North_America-130.meta ; North_America 845_2647
    C1 98 1F 78 AA 47 C1 93 A1 F7 54 1C 81 65 F9 5B North_America_2GB-132.meta ; North_America_2GB 845_2645
    48 DD 24 77 B9 8B 8F 28 68 C0 34 99 2C 10 37 45 North_America_2GB-130.meta ; North_America_2GB 845_2647

So all that looks ok, and this is the same file I used with all the other units with no problem, why am I not seeing the new map with this one?
I have the same navcore on it, which is 8.351

The newly created North_America_2GB-132.meta.dct file is there, but its 1kb - should it be bigger? (I don't have a working unit with me to check)

    Am I missing something here?

    thanks!

There is no 845.6456 map and a move from one 845 to another 845 map is not an update... Are you sure you don't have a fake map??

Can't you just edit the PNA file ?? Or, is there another one that needs editing ??

I'm thinking now I must have done a typo in my readme file I did for myself. I'll check the map on my other unit when I get home.

    thanks for the replies..
