Nope. First of all, "Navcores" run on PNA's (i.e. Tomtom boxes, personal navigator accessory) and the Tomtom Navigator packages for PDA's currently only support Windows CE and Windows Mobile. Also, there is a Tomtom for iPhone Application.
Last august there were rumours of an upcoming Tomtom for Android application but the silence since has been deafening.
You could try Google navigation for Android, not sure if it is available in Oz yet. You would have to download the maps before planning a route though, either through GPRS or through WiFi before you leave home.
