    There are 2 types of safty cams. Standard and premium. Select only on of these types and then select the country/countries that you are interested in and place them in the root of your map folder. From here I used one of the many patching tools (fast activtor) by placing the tool right in the same root of the map folder. Then I selected from fast activitor the option to update meta file. Subsequently, I went ahead a pressed the next putton called Maps/Voices/SpeedCams. Pressing this simply patches these cam files that you have just placed in the root of your map. The way you can tell is that it has a .dct extention on one of the cam files (this is actually a new file created that makes things work)
