Help required please SD card instalation

    System Win CE.5.
Device mio moov 370 europe ( Unlocked ).
    Maps western_and_central_europe_2gb_830_2306.
Tom Tom version TT navigator 916-9192.
Can anybody help me please, Iím kind of a Tom Tom virgin, although I do know my way around a computer.
My problem is this, I have an unlocked Mio moov 370, Win CE.5, I have installed tom-tom on my 4gb SD card and run the exe file, after it loads it cannot see the maps even though I have patched them with fast activate.
Fast activate found no ttsystem file so I cannot patch this.
What folder should the maps be in?
Can I install a navcore directly on my Sd card?
Can I use TT home running TT from my sd card?
Could I install TT directly on my flash drive to run with mio map 2008?
Thanks in advance for any help after two weeks of trying Iím desperate.

Do you have NOTE_PRJ.dll in your Navigator folder (or TomTom folder)
    You need TomTom Navigator 7.910.9185
Maps should be in there own folder in the root of the sd card
    Tomtom home won't work
What did you use to unlock the mio with?

Ok I put the NOTE_PRJ.dll in the root and I found that the map folder was actualy replicated ie folder within a folder of the same name, rectified this and maps are now working.
Two more problems Voice files not present, and GPS receiver not present my GPS profile by default is COM 2, Baud rate 7500, How can I change this for TT to recognise, I can't find any TTsystem file to edit, Please help.
To unlock the Mio I simply used Mio unlock running from SD card, this creates a user friendly shell with bags of extras it's very good.

voices: For gps when running tontom, tap the screen then go into preferences then keep scrolling across until you come to show gps status, tap on configure and pick "other NMEA GPS receiver" then baud rate which for mio I thought was 57600 and not 7500 as you state, then select GPS_COM. If the settings are correct then you should see a little blue and yellow circle spinning.

Thanks, You are right my mistake it is indeed 57600, bloody French keyboard, GPS now working OK, but still won't recognise voices fast activator does not work with SD cards as it requests a hard drive and a ttsytem file I can not use the other method because there are no meta files within the voice files on this forum.
Also could I use the TCM function, If so How do I activate this?.
Once again thanks for all your help this is a great forum.

The voice files should not need activation (except for a few) I use TomTom Keygen 2009. TTS voices won't work with WindowsCE tomtom.
TCM? or TMC, won't work with TomTom on windowsCE

Thank you NRT, TomTom up and running
Is it possible to install a tomtom navcore with full features directly on to my internal flash drive, as I have on my device a TCM receiver, or is it just WIN CE that is the problem.
What full featured nav software uses just Win CE ?
I have IGO primo running good but not many extras available and personally I think the routes it chooses are very questionable.

Your stuck with TomTom with the way it is on WindowsCE
You could try iGO8.3 with a skin or Sygic. As to how good the routes are it depends on what maps and what country.

thank you very much for your help, at least I have the basic package with the new maps, but I think I will buy a TomTom device so that I can exploit this subject further.
