Reverting back to a previous navcore:

    Hey everyone:

I've had a GO 910 and I am currently using 9.051 navcore. I'm thinking about switching back to the latest compatible navcore that TomTom suggests (7.162), mainly because of performance issues (ie. the battery life has reduced significantly and the automatic re-routing isn't as responsive as it was on the older navcore), but that may not be the best thing since I also do want to use the latest maps.

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are about this so they can help me out

Re: Reverting back to a previous navcore:

The latest navcore for the 910 offically through tomtom is 8.351. This navcore will have no problems working with the lasted maps i.e. 850.2781. So go ahead and revert.

    2 Different Ways of reverting:

    1) just delete everything off your device and plug into tomtom home. THis will initiate a software update of your navcore.
    2) grab the navcore from this is already pre-patched thx to yuriyggg
