940 live services says map not bought for this device
I have updated my 940 live to App 9.430 and maps Europe 2GB 885 4008
Activated and all was ok
Live services worked for a bit then they stopped when I try to logon to my account manually it says This content was bought for another device. To use it on this navigation device, visit the TomTom Services website at tomtom.com.

I have been to tomtom website and there is no information. However if I try to log on to my home account through home it says my email and or p/w is invalid, so I requested a new p/w and changed it tried to log on with same result ! If I go to tomtom.com i can login but I do not appear to have any services (I renewed services in Nov).
Am I suspended or is this normal - don't they tell you ?
