i have map 705 and navcore 8010 on the tt one 3edition 1 GB,
somehow the tt doesn't see the map even i patched the ttsystem?
can you please advise either the map or the navcore is the problem?

I have TomTom one 2nd Edition. Mine has SD memory card, think your memory is built into the satnav.

You can update your NavCore for extra features, see this tutorial:

UK map 705 is quite old, current is 8.85 but version 8.90 maps are now being released.
Without updating your navore you should be able to download a new map, activate the map with the correct
meta data.

If you patch the navcore (more risky) then you can have extra features.

My TTOne 2nd edition use navcore 8.417 this gives me loquendo text to speech, slideshow etc which were not
possible on original. If you update a navcore then you need to patch ttsystem and a few other dll files, the tutorial
should explain this./
