tomtom go 9000 on diags screan freeze.

Hi guys.
I've a tomtom go9000.
When I start It, I may see 'tomtom work' logo & the device restart 'tomtom work' a second times on the screen & after the device go to the diags screen & stay freeze.
I can't do anything.
There's no connection with the computer by usb cable.

Try device off, then usb cable, then device on.

Maybe he can make connection whit pc than, if so make backup en make a full format device then let tomtomhome update your device.
