No signal on tt 1 3 rd edit software or hardware problem?

Formated the unit used tt clear tool

Installed offical navcore 8.xx uk7ROI 8.90



Installed older navcore and older map


When i click on the gps status top righthand corner the spining wheel is turning but there is no sat's in the compass


Is there anything else i could try?

after every time you do a navcore change do a total reset of the unit

according to tt the last supported version for your unit is 8.010 build 9369 but be carefull because on the tt download there is a navcore with the same number but with a different release date which does not include your unit, to be safe i would format and do a clean install using home and update until you have got the final version for your unit then get a compatible map and patch the map and system.

Have formatted the unit updated navcore still no joy ,tried different navcores 9.xx and compatible maps
