    Go1050

Just bought the 1050 as my 720 was playing up. What a big change from 720 to 1050. Its a lot quicker with processing, I put side by side and went for a drive and the 720 follow the route seem to track a lot better but the 1050 when change route it calculated quicker but not by much. In speed variance the 720 was quicker with the driving speed changing.
The thing with it you are unable to get into the root directory or even see it when you plug into USB connects thought the tomtom website and all changes done thought there. Has map 8.55 as well.

Nicer looking unit with the 5' screen and would say overall bit quicker

So are more beautiful than the GO but there is always a but, these devices can not install you anything without passing per box and through the official website of TomTom

    Best regards
