I've done some experiments with Europe_900_4601, Europe_900_4611 and Europe_Truck_900_46612.

As expected the meta file truck (Europe_TRUCK-674.meta) and the meta same code, you can activate the map Europe_4611 Europe_4601 and without problems.
The three maps are exactly the same, except the obvious differences cspeech and truck attributes.

Also be clear that the 4601 maps can be activated with the meta of 4611 and its meta code, if exists and conversely. This means you can run the 4601 with the meta Iberia (Iberia-673.meta) of 4611 and its meta code. Or any other coverage of the same class.

Naturally we can activate the maps 4600 and 4608 with the meta and codes following the same process. This means we can activate the 4600 Iberia with Iberia_4608 meta (Iberia-670.meta) and meta code 4608. Or any other coverage of the same class.

We can also activate the maps of 4602 and 4613 with the meta and codes following the same process. This means we can activate the North_America_2GB_4613 with the file the North_America_2GB_4602 (North_America_2GB-665.meta) and the meta code 4602. Or any other coverage of the same class.
