Hi,

I can't get that character based startup screen on my TomTom Rider 2. Holding the power button for 20 seconds or longer doesn't work. It always starts up normally, and the map is shown after some 5 seconds already.

But I think I have most data (from the screen you get when you tap on the version number) :
