Hello,
I've a TT XL (1GB Internal Memory).
I'd like to update my current navcore to the latest and then update maps.
What is the latest navcore for this TT model?
After having downloaded it how to install?

i've tried that and it only updates my navcore to original TT version 8.042...can't I update to a latest version?

If TTHome only updated to that version then it is the latest version for your TOmTom. If you need a higher version then download a SE version from this forum.

Download the 9.170 SE navcore from here:
Navcores 9.061 & 9.170 for 32Mb ONE models [by mark cat]
Leave out steps 4 and 5 of the tutorial. Instead, copy paste this entire navcore (folders and files) directly to the root of the device (the TomTom drive). Continue with the rest of the tutorial. You will then be able to use any map you want - as long as the meta is available of course.

because with the NavCore can not change anything, I can only patch the file PDNnavigator , and install simple maps (PDA)
Navcore 8.042 = Bootloader 1010X
