I have a US version of Go 930 bought from ebay us, i would like to use the Taiwan version of navcore, is that just delete all of the files from my unit and copy these files into the unit?

Yes, delete all files except the map folder, or you can install a new map and activate it.
But first, make a complete backup using Windows Explorer copy paste before deleting anything.
