Activating Maps on a Foehn & Hirsch Unit Running on Windows CE 5.0

I have a Foehn & Hirsch sat nav unit on which I run TomTom. The device version is Windows CE 5.0

To activate new maps I use TomTom keygen 2009 v4.1D
On the Forum: “TomTom Open Tools & Tweaks” I do not see TomTom keygen 2009 v4.1D being suggested as one of the activation tools. Is this now out of date or can it only be used for a unit running Windows CE 5.0?

I have tried Fast Activate as an alternative but it not creating the required meta.dct file.
Is there any other alternative to TomTom keygen 2009 v4.1D which I can use?
