Click on Actualizar Meta, you will find the button on the main screen at the bottom right
And when you have the goals that map updated active again

I have updated the meta to 11.05.23 , but still get "map could not be activated , check if you have updated meta" error . Any ideas ???

Make sure you're with the option v7 / 8 enabled meta.txt DOWNLOAD from here and copy the folder /BBS-Tools/Prog/
