cannot find anywhere in menu for poi anyone help please

Correct that is not possible with this model. SdkRegistry.rar

If you unpack the attached file with winrar etc then you got a map SDkregistry. Place this map with content in the root of your TomTom. Now you can add poi,s to the TT

How can I add this to the root dir when the damn thing doesn't show as an item on my pc like my tt1 v3 did?
