The irony was that I had submitted genuine speed cam locations to PGPSW with no commendation and then I get banned. Sadly, PGPSW thinks I am banned but of course many ways around that....

Many ways around that?
Do please tell?

I have been thinking about that, a good place to start would be 2 copies of the same database from 2 different subscribers and try and compare the differences with poi edit.

Chances are there is no username as such in the file, just slight differences in the coordinates of the POIs. Some think they stick a camera in the north sea (for instance) with co-ordinates unique to a user. It's probably just as easy to modify the position of one or more cameras by a meter or so to produce a signature without introducing a rogue camera at all. As you say, impossible to say without 2 copies. I think others have attempted to "clean" the data in the past before posting but seemed to have failed. There's not much incentive for two users to risk banning unless they weren't going to renew their subscriptions anyway.

Trust me they do, I have been banned before, the 5 letters & numbers in the zip file name are probably just to make people think thats how they detect piracy, chances are spamface is right, its most likely to either rogue comera and/or just a camera moved by a meter or so that can be detected easily if you have the right software. Maybe one day there will be a disgruntled ex pgpsw employee that will let the secret out.
