Safety cam file : much smaller: no blackspots?

I just updated my Safety cam files, I noticed that the file size is now much smaller ...

    Nov 2012 Safety_Cam_UK_Premium.ov2 = 100Kb
    Aug 2012 Safety_Cam_UK_Premium.ov2 = 240Kb

After some brief experimentation, I can see that the "Accident blackspot" data is missing (maybe other stuff as well, it's difficult to tell).

Is that info no longer available, or is it now is a separate file?

i,ve found a lot of current mobile camera spots dont show up using the smaller file, so i still use the larger 240kb one

I agree with alan666notb. What has happened to the accident blackspots since last autumn? The file is smaller and the usual blackspots no longer give alerts. How can one use the old larger file and still get up to date mobile and fixed camera warnings? Any ideas? Oh and another thing I do not understand the difference between the Safety_Cam_UK_Premium.ov2 and the Safety_Cam_UK_TomTom.ov2 really, anyone help with that?
