Would you upload an additional file, "All speed cameras in one file", all countries? I'm a lazy geriatric; one warning sound and one icon suffices (Speed signs I notice, cameras are not all easily spotted outside the UK.

The French speed cams are still in their list but as I do not drive in France I do not know how up-to-date their data is.
