hi I tried I to load onto tomtom one v1, navcore 8.412. the device freezes and wont load unless I remove the POI'S?

Hi on my go910 I have followed the instructions Nd unticked all of them so they don't show on my maps but when searching for poi's my 910 only shows a list as far as the letter E then shows only the built in poi's.

Are their any suggestions on how to get the remaining to show?
