here you go mate i have made loads of them and start up and ending sound clips
here we go i have some goodies here for you all

1.car icon images = only 4 in there that i have made + read me notepad
contents of this folder

2.futurama = in this folder there are 4 start/end sound files + read me notepad
3.start-up screen images = there are 6 in here + read me notpad

save em to your pc then open em & resave them as bitmap files, .bmp
