What do you think about this:
"Some information about the Tns 510. When the car battery is connected to the car the 510 receives a memory back-up voltage. When the ignition is turned on, the 510 looks at the SD card and looks at a file called loading.kiwi. This is the units application software and boots up the unit and starts a progress bar along the bottom of the screen. When its finished, it looks at the SD card again for map information. When the ignition is turned off, the memory live feed keeps the application in memory. When the ignition is switched on again, the application runs and checks the map in the SD card and it all works. I suspect that you either have a faulty Tns 510 or maybe the SD card is corrupt. I have a loading.kiwi file for the 510. All you have to do is drop it on a spare SD card and put it in the 510 and take the battery off fot 10mins then re-connect it. Turn the ignition on and the 510 should boot up. When it gets to asking for the map you take out the kiwi SD card and put in the original card that came with the unit. If it doesnt work then i suggest you have a faulty tns 510. I have tested the file in my 510 and it works fine. If you want to try it pm me and i will give you a link to the file"

You can use the application WinImage to explore the content of the extracted image.
Hi all members,
I download maps from first post, extract with WinImage but on navigation I have comunication about incorrect SD card or map is incorrect. When first time i put card in to navigation, firmware uploaded on device.
File "PZ445-SD333-11.ima" have 3,69GB, but when I'm extract this file in my Desktop I have folder with files and only 2,72GB.
What I doing wrong ?

Everything is OK. 3,69GB is the size of the image. Basically, it is the capacity of the SD card, the image was dumped from. 2,72GB is the size of the files on SD card or the image.
Hi members, but there is a solution for tns510 SD card maps? I wait your response to proceed to buy a tns510 nav :-)

Hi can some one advise, i have lost memory card for TNS510 and actual unit was dead i have downloaded and extracted loading file which has actually activated the who unit, iam really delighted on this. but maps aren't working. i have downloaded all 28 files and extracted to memory card. my pc supported the winrar once i started extracting the first file it automatically selected next it self and when reached to 28th it stoped on 21% and stuck there after a while it finshes and close the window without showing any error or mesg that it has finished the actual file on the card is 3.7GB cant remember the exact figure. can some one advise is there any other file that i require? it shows error on maps and does these Europe ones include maps for UK? and what capicty Memory card is required iam using Class 6 TDK 8GB is it enough? please some one help Dealer asking £154. and they were asking £98 for diagnostic to find Why the unit is dead. Thanks fully i have saved that.
