    It could mean several things:

The supercode was already entered which is indicated by the CD ID 999 in the grey bar
The unit has not yet dertermined a position so the UTC is not known
Someone has tampered with the unit (Eastern European origin)

Initial ID is only used when manufactured. It is of no use to the user

You must lookup your supercode with the Nvai ID which is "73XTLZFD",
From tha ID you will obtain a supercode "16ZP 9ACK 7ER5 FSWS"

Please note that there are hundreds of units that worked fine with C-IQ cd's becuase they have been tampered with
Most of these come from Poland.
But since the EEPROM was altered they will never accept a Supercode

If that code is not accepted there is something wrong with the unit an dporbaly tampered with at some point
The unit was manufactured before 2004 so it was not new when you first used it

There is no way the unit can be altered in such way it will accept the code

If you insert a supercode CD is it possible to navigate?

Without a supercode you cannot use any maps anymore
However since the CD ID -999 as shown in the first picture, this means the Supercode cd is recognized and the supercode may have been entered earleir before you bought the car
