Problems burning the CD's pc5400 Supercode.

    Hello Mr. Gazo.
I have at now, a Original Navteq 2009 Supercode CD Spain and Portugal maps that works OK. I normaly use a copy ot that CD to preserve the original CD.
I downloaded the files you told me some days ago to have 2009-2010 Navteq Supercode Spain and Portugal.
I burn with Nero and with ImgBurn at low speed but do not work. Always have a message with NO CD.
I downloades the wole 73 files, burn again Spain and Portugal with the two programs and have the same problem.

Can you pleasse help me about this problem?
Maybe I must burn the CD in a especific form?

Thanks a lot for your time,

    Santiago.

What worries me is that you claim to have a Supercode CD 2009
There is no SC CD 2009 in existence!

All cd's published sofar always have labels with double years 2008/2009 or 2009/2010
I would invite you to post a picture of the cd you claim to be from 2009
But even if you have one what is the point of downloading a 2009/2010 version if you already have this one?

After burning please compare the contents of the written cd with the one you have
Try a different brand of CD media and use Imgburn

Thanks a lot for your fast answer.
I use 3 diferent brands. Sony, Verbatin and a generic one. One copy from each brand. No one works.
I compare the files en both CD, mine working OK and the mew ones and I think have exactly the same tipe of files and one folder called TPD.

The option I chose with ImgBurn is: files and folders to CD. Is it correct?
The lable CD I chose was NAV_DB like the original one.

    Any sugestion?

    Santiago.

    Any sugestion?

    Santiago.
    NO that is completely wrong!

You just go to "write image to disc"
Open the image file and start writing

Next time if you do want help could you please also answer the questions. That might help in giving assistance

Re: Problems burning the CD's pc5400 Supercode.

    You are rigth.
The CD I Have is 2008/09 Portugal and Spain original VDO Dayton SUPERCODE NAVTEQ ON BOARD.

Let me understand the correct form to obtain the files I need: After download the 73 .rar files, I begin with file part 01 and I obtain a new set of .rar files. One of those new .rar files is Spain and Portugal .rar file. I unrar the new one Spain and Portugal .rar and obtain a set of files and one folder. The files are: BIBLIOGR, CARINET, ABSTRACT, CARINDB, COPYRIGHT, DAYTON AND DAYTON2. The folder name is: TPD.
Then, I will open ImgBurn and chose "write Image to disc". Chose the files BIBLIOGR, CARINET, ABSTRACT, CARINDB, COPYRIGHT, DAYTON AND DAYTON2 and the folderTPD obtained in the last unrar, add to the disk and burn the CD. This acction will burn a correct disc.

    Is it correct?

    Again, thanks a lot,

    Santiago.
