Since production and marketing of VDODayton equipment came to a standstill on 31-12-2007 no more new equipment can be ordered or found
There may be old stock around with private parties but that can be tricky
I can hardly imagine that someone wants to rid of the supply cable only!

Another possibility is that you make the cable yourself. Connectors are identical to the power connectors of Nokia carkit CK91

They have a MT5011 complete for 49 Euros
COmpared to the 5011 the 5010 is absolutely useless since you cannot select the TMC station!

Re: Just a thought links for cables and accessories for vdo dayton

First of all thanks for the pictures of the TMC lead I had been searching everywhere for the pin outs. If I may I would also like to ask two PC5400 questions, which I hope a knowledgeable VDO fan can answer.

1: Has anyone found away to control zoom in and out remotely, where one key zooms in and another zooms back out (there by saving the need to click on zoom, make the adjustment, and come out again, as you do with the standard set up)? I am suggesting something like the twist zoom found on BMW Sat Navs

2: Years ago I purchased a device that plugged into the PC5400 video out and converted it to Composite, so the map could be displayed on a bigger LCD screen. Does anyone still supplies these adapters.

    Thanks Andy
