assuming your bluetooth kit is installed correctly:
there was a setting in some older firmwares that had to be activated before flashing the device.
the idea with the VIM CD was a good shot, but this is a different setting.
if just the firmware update doesn't help:
in the same file on the firmware CD where the VIM and testmode codes are (root/WA/EURPQTO.WSH):
# Testmode: Active
# Speed limit DVD/TV: 300km/h
you can add this line to activate data entering while moving:
but this is normally active in any newer firmware.
# set speed threshold to 255
a new firmware without this setting should solve your problem,. you'll also get radiotext with the recommended 4120.
you should only use this exact firmware 4120 if you decide to update (original unmodified update CD):
