roki199 let me make a guess: when you were getting the message "no route recommendation for this Destination", you were using map 7420 correct? cause i had the same problem. but then i used map 7388, with 3810 sw and all worked like a charm. i think that 7420 is not fully cooperating with 3810. also, i tried your suggestion and it worked too!

    Re: Firmware 3810/3814/3816/3818

Issue: after upgrading a B revision unit to SW 3810 (now the sw revision of the unit is D), the 9 bytes Coding of the module 37-Navigation DOES NOT WORK anymore (if you would try to save any 9-byte New Coding value you'll get the following error from VCDS: "Coding rejected, Error 31: request out of range")
Solution: right before saving the New Coding value (using the Do It button) you should manually add a 10th byte (with value 00) at the end of the New Coding textbox. ONLY AFTER THAT press Do It to save the changes.

9 byte coding (for units having A/B/C SW revisions):
    020104000400001100

10 byte coding (for units with D SW revision):
    02010400040000110000
