NEW Firmware RNS-510 sw 3970

I have a rns510 version C (normally) but I can't upgrade to FW 3970. I have the "error 010306".
I installed FW 3810 currently.
Here the version of my RNS with vagcom.

my car is VW Scirocco

I downloaded and made the 3970 CD and installed without any trouble. Checked immediately if now the PersonalPOI would work. YES it does. Got Europe Blitzer (Radar) from NavyFriends site and converted via VW NavyCompanion into RNS database format and copied onto SD card. The RNS 510 (actually COLUMBUS in my Skoda Super-II) accepted it and uploaded the POIs into the Navy. Did not have tim to do any test because I am stuck to bed now with a herniated disk (sh***).

... hi I install this firmware. Everything it´s OK. but I can´t see anymore speed limit in menu and also and LCD when I navigate.

I have 1T0 035 680 C, H52 2840. It gets as far as 5% thru the APPL phase and gets stuck and after 5mins aborts so I then have to use the Fix. This happens with 3810/3970/whatever. Help!! :-(

What do You use to burn new SW ? CD or DVD

I've tried the 3810 on both types of media. Same result.
