after 60 hours of non stop working and 29 destroyed cd
finaly VIM enabled
it was not easy

Hi gazo in my 21 years of driving expirience i have change 43 cars and not single was crashed 4 of them have tv inside ,
i have done this just for fun,to prove my self that i can do, and maybe you will also crash you car even if you look forvard
i agree its dangerous but everybody know this risk and do this woth own responsibility

Well done!


Got mine working last night after about 2 hours of research and two burns of a CD RW, but for me it was easy as by then there were enough very good clues supplied by participants on the various RNS web sites to figure it out.

I didn't realy want it to view DVD's while driving but did it as a challenge because so many people were saying it couldn't be done without connecting a laptop, and others who were even trying to get money out of forums users for a disk that was supposedly locked to your vehicle and would destroy any other RNS it was used on.

Since so may of the RNS510 owners desperately seeking this VIM hack I suggest one of you gives us the full details of download links, recommendations and all the pitfalls one may encounter
