    Hello explosion and all,

    Firstly, I would like to thank you for this great post, it's really important for us "older" folks I have noticed that MMM and MMM+ file structure is very similar, MMM+ having same files, but somehow compressed and split. What I was wondering, was if it was possible to convert MMM+ data to be used in MMM od MMM2.

    Most probably both versions will have the same data base in means of maps. With this DVD version there is no program update, only new maps (as far as I realized up to now). So if one is really experienced and understand the structure of the programs of both versions it should be possible. But for what reason ?

    DVD 1: Andorra, Belgium, Channel Islands, England, France, Gibraltar, Ireland, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, Wales

    (Italy, San Marino, Vatican City State have been banned from DVD 1)

    DVD 2: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City State

    DVD 3: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Sweden. Switzerland,Vatican City State

    Thanks for the links.

    Indeed, why look for something that already exists? Well, I need the Serbian maps for RTI MMM. 2011.1 for MMM+ has coverage for Serbia, while 2011.1 for MMM does not. It doesn't make a lot of sense, but that's according to specifications that Volvo advertises. Will test and report back anyway.
