Volvo RTI MMM2 2011.1 Europe 4 DVD set

So, I downloaded maps MMM2_1122_DVD-D.part1.rar and MMM2_1122_DVD-D.part2.rar.
I unpacked the files from the archive. I created 4 files named MMM2_1122_DVD-D.exe (002,003,004). From these files I made image by ImgBurn and also I tricked them by ImgBurn as ISO. (I deleted MDS). After burning the DVD to show the same files MMM2_1122_DVD-D.exe (002, ..).
I put the DVD into the '09 Jaguar XF and nothing. Where i do make mistakes?

All what you have done is wrong, extract from archive and will have a XXXX.ISO and an XXXX.MDS file, select ISO file than right click and select in menu burn with ImgBurn, insert DVD and burn it, all what you have renamed in XXX.EXE is pointless.
