as i wrote you new members can not open a new thread or post links, this is because time ago(and old members remember it well) we had a lot of spamer here, personali a deleted 100 threads of people that registered and just open thread with links to online shop, thats why new members post with link are censured, maybe is not the best solution but is what Admin decided and i can not do nothing in this.
